Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. However, since many of our items are made-to-order, please allow an additional 3-5 days for production before your order is dispatched.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original, unused condition. Please note that custom-made or personalized crochet items are final sale.
