At Homey crochett, we take pride in our handcrafted quality, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your crochet items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from snags or damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
